2016 International Conferences

Certification represents company’s commitment to ensuring drinking water safety

In June 2016 Nanostone Water exhibited at the Aquatech China convention with over 70,000 attendees. The Nanostone Ceramic Membrane display was a crowd favorite. In July 2016 Nanostone exhibited at Singapore International Water Week. The Nanostone Ceramic Membrane was again the feature product on display. Two technical papers were also presented at the conference titled “Design Considerations For Implementing Ceramics in New and Existing Polymeric UF Systems” and “Silica Reduction In Cooling Tower Blow-Down Reuse Using Low Cost Ceramic Ultrafiltration Membranes”. The first paper highlighted the process design development work by Nanostone showing that the Ceramic membrane hydraulic cleaning is similar to most pressurized polymeric membranes making retrofits feasible. The second paper highlighted the performance of the ceramic membrane in cooling tower blowdown recovery pilot where existing polymeric ultrafiltration membranes experience upsets and shortened life. Look for Nanostone at upcoming conferences including the AWWA Membrane Technology Conference In February 2017
