Nanostone Water Inc. has announced today that Mohamed Sebbane has been named Senior Director – Middle East. Mohamed is based in Dubai and brings with him a strong background in business development with extensive experience in the desalination industry, water and wastewater in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Mr. Sebbane previously held key positions with Acciona Agua including the position of KSA Country Manager based in Riyadh. In his new role at Nanostone, he will be integral to the development of opportunities in the Middle East market and spearhead business development opportunities in GCC especially with our clients and partners in KSA. Mohamed is a Civil Engineer and an international project manager.
“We are delighted to have Mohamed join our organization as we continue to advance Nanostone’s ceramic ultrafiltration technology. Mohamed’s connections with key stakeholders in the desalination community, especially within KSA is critical to our mission to address the treatment of challenging and deteriorating seawater” said Jonathan Pressdee, EVP Global Business Development.
“I am deeply honored by the opportunity to strengthen Nanostone presence in the Middle East. Selecting the appropriate pretreatment solution is a key factor in the design of a sustainable Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination plant. An effective raw water pre-treatment system upstream of a seawater RO system is therefore essential to prevent the risk of RO membrane fouling and to ensure durability. Nanostone advanced pretreatment solution will provide our clients performance and longevity of their RO plants at a competitive cost” said Mohamed.
